SODA Teens Mission Statement:
SODA Teens take pride in being free from alcohol, tobacco and other drugs. We strive to bring drug-free lifestyles into our schools, neighborhoods and communities by educating the community about the health risks associated with alcohol, tobacco and other drug use.
What’s Going On
SODA Teens:
- SODA Teens are students from all Jackson County High Schools and Middle Schools, as well as private and alternative schools. Anyone in grades 6-12 is invited to join.
- Monthly meetings are held for SODA Teens the 2nd Monday of every month (check calendar for location)
- Youth have the availability to participate in community service, education programs and drug-free events.
Youth Training: - Middle and High School students learn leadership, advocacy and mentoring skills along with prevention messages.
- Mentoring: Developing resiliency, self-reliance and support.
Youth & Family Events: - Drug free events for youth and /or families (check calendar for upcoming events)
